Postpartum yoga focuses on helping you reconnect with your body after giving birth. Whether youโve just delivered or are up to a year postpartum, these classes offer a safe way to restrengthen your core through breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, and movements designed to bring your body and breath into harmony. Youโll be supported in restoring strength and stability, all while honoring the profound changes your body has gone through.
Your baby is welcome to join, and can even be included in the class if youโd like, or you can choose to take this time just for yourself. Wherever you are in your journey, these sessions are meant to nurture both your body and mind, giving you the tools and space to heal and grow.The practice of acupuncture is based on the concept that disruptions or imbalances in the flow of Qi can lead to various health issues. By inserting needles into specific acupuncture points, practitioners aim to stimulate and balance the flow of Qi, thereby promoting health and well-being.

During the session, you'll be guided through a tailored yoga sequence focused on safe alignment, mindful movement, and breathwork. We can explore different stylesโsuch as restorative, yin, flow, or a combinationโbased on how youโre feeling and what your body needs that day. This one-on-one setting allows for individualized attention, ensuring a practice that nurtures both body and mind.
You can choose to book individual sessions as needed or opt for a package of sessions for more consistent support over time.
